WOOF! NO Dogs. In order to secure the fields we use, the league has agreed to not allow any dogs at any practice or game. "No dogs allowed" is a condition required by the school district for field use at each venue. A game or practice will not begin or resume until dogs are not present. Thank you for understanding. Parents Parent, Coaches Coach Please remember that only ASA Certified coaches are allowed on the field or in the dugout during games. This is an important safety rule for parents and spectators and is a condition of the league's player insurance. (Exceptions in 8U if you are invited to assist by your coach.) Positive Play Our girls are playing in a recreational league, so all conduct, cheering and attitudes should be positive and supportive - never harmful or derogatory to either team or any player. This guideline applies to every person on the field. It is our hope that each girl playing this year has an enjoyable experience that strengthens her self-esteem, character and bond within our community. Community: Please follow the recovery of Jerry MacCallister, the brother of one of our former players, Jessica MacCallister, who was severely injured in a dirt bike accident on January 2nd. www.followingjerry.com. Please post words of encouragement on the blog. SLVGS in the Press-Banner Here and here.
